Refund Policy

1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for most items purchased from Purrlux.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In their original condition, unused and unworn
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked as final sale
- Perishable goods
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@purrlux.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return shipping instructions.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Partial refunds may be issued for items not in original condition or returned outside the return window.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
